Will has a BS degree in Comprehensive Science and graduate work in electrical engineering and petro-chemistry. In his early career, he taught secondary chemistry, earth science and coached both high school football and track.

 In pursuit of a greater challenge, Will wanted to get into technical sales. Having a science background, he joined a German manufacturer of thermal analytical test equipment to do the installation and training of solution for customers in the western hemisphere. After only a few years Will moved into selling the solutions.

 In the 80s, he decided to take another leap in his career when offered a sales position with a company that produced test equipment for the video industry. For 25+ years, Will has had many sales roles: regional sales manager, strategic account manager and sales manager of a team of 15 and a $60M target.

 After several years selling for major manufacturers, he partnered with a couple of start-ups and had success in launching their solutions in the video industry. Will is now independent working with start-ups with great engineering and solutions but need someone to get the attention of key decision makers in the video industry to look at their products.
